Ranthambore Village Serai is pleased to assist guests with safari planning and enquiries to help make their visit to Ranthambore National Park more convenient. Ranthambore is a protected wildlife destination known for its Bengal tigers, diverse wildlife, scenic lakes, and natural landscapes. A safari is an opportunity to observe wildlife in its natural habitat while respecting the environment and the rules established by park authorities.
Safari Booking Assistance
Our team may assist guests with information and booking requests for available Gypsy and Canter safaris, subject to official availability and applicable booking procedures.
• Safari permits are subject to availability and confirmation by the authorized booking system or relevant authority.
• Guests must provide accurate details and identification information as required for booking.
• An enquiry or request does not constitute a confirmed safari reservation.
• Safari zones, vehicle types, reporting points, and timings are subject to official allocation and operational requirements.
• Safari charges and applicable conditions will be communicated before payment wherever the booking process allows.
Guests are encouraged to plan their safari well in advance, particularly during busy travel periods
Information Required for Booking
To help process your safari request, please keep the following details ready where required:
• Full name of each traveller.
• Age and other required guest details.
• Valid identification documents accepted by the relevant booking authority.
• Preferred safari date and available time slot.
• Preferred vehicle type, subject to availability.
• Contact details for booking communication.
Details entered into the booking system must match the required identification documents. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in booking difficulties or denial of entry under official rules. Please share personal documents only through appropriate, authorized channels.
Safari Timings and Reporting
Safari timings vary according to the season, daylight hours, and instructions issued by park authorities. Guests should:
• Confirm the reporting location and time in advance.

• Carry identification documents required for entry.
• Follow instructions from authorized safari staff and guides.
• Allow travel time between the resort and the designated reporting point.
Late arrival may result in missed entry or other consequences under applicable safari rules.
Safari Zones and Wildlife Sightings
Ranthambore has multiple safari zones, each with its own landscape and wildlife viewing opportunities. Zone allocation and availability depend on official booking procedures. Although certain zones may be popular for particular wildlife experiences, no zone can guarantee a tiger sighting.
Wildlife moves freely through its natural habitat. Sightings depend on animal movement, weather, season, and natural conditions. Ranthambore Village Serai does not guarantee sightings of tigers or any other animal, nor can we guarantee a particular zone, route, or wildlife encounter.
Safari Rules and Responsible Wildlife Viewing
For your safety and the protection of wildlife, please follow these guidelines:
• Follow all instructions issued by your authorized guide, driver, and park officials.
• Maintain silence and avoid sudden or disruptive movements near wildlife.
• Never feed, tease, chase, or attempt to touch wild animals.
• Do not litter or leave food, plastic, or other waste in the forest.
• Do not get out of the safari vehicle unless explicitly permitted by authorized personnel.
• Do not attempt to attract animals through calls, bait, or other disturbances.
• Respect designated routes, speed restrictions, and entry rules.
• Avoid loud music, flash photography where prohibited, and any activity that disturbs wildlife.
• Do not smoke or use fire in restricted areas.
• Follow all applicable restrictions concerning drones, photography equipment, and personal belongings.
Failure to comply with official rules may result in penalties, removal from the safari, or other action by the relevant authorities.
Children, Seniors, and Special Requirements
Guests travelling with children, senior citizens, or individuals requiring special assistance should inform our team in advance. Vehicle suitability, accessibility, age-related requirements, and special arrangements are subject to the policies of the relevant safari operator and park authorities. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the experience.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Safari cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the rules of the relevant authority or authorized booking provider.
• Requests to change safari dates or timings are subject to availability and official approval.
• A change is not confirmed until it is approved through the applicable booking process.
• Refunds, where permitted, are processed according to applicable official terms.
• Park closures, weather conditions, and operational changes may affect safari schedules.
• Accommodation and safari reservations may have separate cancellation conditions.
Our team can assist with enquiries, but final decisions concerning permits, entry, schedules, and refunds rest with the relevant authority or provider.
